Your booking will be confirmed once:

• A 30% non-refundable deposit has been successfully received. 
• You receive a booking confirmation email from Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat. 

Bookings are subject to room availability.

• A 30% deposit is required to reserve your place. 
• The remaining balance (70%) must be paid 30 days before your arrival date. 
• For bookings made within 30 days of the retreat start date, full payment is required at the time of booking. 

Payments can be made securely through our approved online payment gateways or by bank transfer.

Our retreat prices include only the services listed under the Retreat Inclusions section on our website.

Prices may change without prior notice; however, once your booking is confirmed, your agreed price will remain unchanged.

Unless specifically stated, the retreat price does not include:

• International or Domestic Flights 
• Airport Transfers 
• Visa Fees 
• Travel Insurance 
• Personal Expenses 
• Laundry Services 
• Medical Expenses 
• Spa Treatments or Private Healing Sessions 
• Optional Adventure Activities 
• Tips & Gratuities 

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information. 
• Ensuring they have valid travel documents and visas. 
• Arranging suitable travel insurance. 
• Informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or dietary requirements before arrival. 
• Respecting fellow guests, retreat staff, local culture, and retreat guidelines. 

Our retreats include physical yoga practices and wellness activities.

By booking, you confirm that:

• You are medically fit to participate. 
• You will inform us of any health conditions that may affect your participation. 
• You participate at your own discretion and responsibility. 

If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before booking.

We strongly recommend that every guest purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation 
• Medical emergencies 
• Personal belongings 
• Flight delays 
• Emergency evacuation (if applicable) 

Guests should arrive on the check-in date specified in their booking confirmation.

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated before your retreat begins.

Late arrivals or early departures do not qualify for refunds.

Any request to change your booking is subject to availability and must be made in writing.

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations, refunds, transfers, and rescheduling.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control), guests will be offered:

• A transfer to a future retreat (subject to availability), or 
• A refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. 

We are not responsible for expenses such as flights, visas, travel insurance, or other third-party costs.

Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat is not responsible for:

• Personal injury arising from participation in retreat activities. 
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. 
• Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather, government actions, or other third parties. 

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
