Welcome to Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our yoga retreat programs. By accessing our website or booking a retreat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. 
• The remaining 70% of the retreat fee is payable upon arrival and may be settled by bank transfer or cash. 
• Bookings made within 30 days of the retreat require full payment at the time of booking. 
• Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued. 

Guests agree to:

• Participate in all activities voluntarily and at their own discretion. 
• Inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary requirements before the retreat begins. 
• Follow the guidance of retreat teachers and staff during all sessions and excursions. 
• Respect fellow guests, retreat staff, local customs, and the retreat environment. 

By joining our retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga and wellness activities.

If you have any medical condition or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare professional before attending the retreat.

Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat is not responsible for any injury, illness, or medical condition arising during your participation, except where required by applicable law.

Your retreat package includes only the services listed under Retreat Inclusions on our website.

Expenses not specifically listed as included, such as flights, visas, travel insurance, airport transfers, personal expenses, medical costs, optional adventure activities, and private treatments, are the guest's responsibility.

All cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable.

Guests are responsible for:

• Obtaining valid passports and visas. 
• Arranging suitable travel insurance. 
• Complying with all immigration and travel requirements. 

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays.

While we take reasonable care to provide a safe and enjoyable retreat experience, Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. 
• Flight delays or cancellations. 
• Weather-related disruptions. 
• Government restrictions or travel advisories. 
• Injuries or accidents resulting from participation in retreat activities, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

Guests participate in all retreat activities at their own risk.

We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters 
• Floods or landslides 
• Severe weather 
• Government regulations 
• Public health emergencies 
• Civil unrest 
• Transportation disruptions 

Where possible, we will offer an alternative retreat date or another reasonable solution.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and other materials, is the property of Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes. 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems. 
• Upload malicious software or interfere with website functionality. 
• Misuse or copy website content.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rishikesh (or Dehradun District), Uttarakhand, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
