Return & Cancellation Policy

 Thank you for choosing Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat. We understand that travel plans may change. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a reservation. 

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required 30% deposit and a confirmation email from Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat.

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable. 
• Also,  If you paid full amount &  cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, you will receive a 70% amount refund of the total retreat fee & The remaining 30% amount  booking deposit is non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided.

                 Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date or leave the retreat early are not eligible     

                 for any refund.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled retreat, you may request to transfer your booking to a future retreat at least 30 days before the retreat start date, subject to availability and our approval.

A booking transfer may only be permitted once and must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date.

In the unlikely event that we cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control, guests may choose one of the following:

• Transfer their booking to a future retreat, subject to availability, or 
• Receive a full refund of the amount paid to Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat. 

We are not responsible for additional expenses such as airfare, visas, travel insurance, accommodation booked elsewhere, or other third-party costs.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways may be deducted where applicable.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

• Trip cancellation 
• Medical emergencies 
• Flight delays or cancellations 
• Lost or delayed baggage 
• Personal belongings 

Travel insurance helps protect you against unexpected circumstances that are beyond our control.

Light in Himalayas Yoga Retreat shall not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters 
• Floods or landslides 
• Severe weather conditions 
• Government restrictions 
• Public health emergencies 
• Civil unrest 
• Transportation disruptions 

In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative retreat date or another suitable solution.
